Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday

Pay: $11-13/hour DOE


  • Answer and process phone calls, forwarding to the correct personnel
  • Maintains company records and ensures filing is correct and done consistently
  • Updates information on company websites
  • Maintains office and lobby, while greeting walk-in customers
  • Enter data into computer system and ensure all data is entered correctly
  • Assist with administrative duties as assigned


  • Must be a team player and able to take directions
  • 1+ years' office experience required
  • Word processing & computer skills required
