Description

This is a direct hire Administrative Assistant opportunity with a desired employer in the Waitsfield area.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to work with and for a respected and stable Vermont employer, and who has a consistently pleasant personality, both in-person and over the telephone.

Duties Include:

  • Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously, forward calls to the appropriate person
  • Distribute incoming mail, preparing and distributing outgoing / courier mail
  • Provide administrative support as needed to the accounting department (prepare expense report journal entries, processing audit expense reports, and forwarding daily check receipts)
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Must have a diploma/GED/equivalent
  • Must have experience in an office setting
