This is a direct hire Administrative Assistant opportunity with a desired employer in the Waitsfield area.
This position is ideal for someone who wants to work with and for a respected and stable Vermont employer, and who has a consistently pleasant personality, both in-person and over the telephone.
- Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously, forward calls to the appropriate person
- Distribute incoming mail, preparing and distributing outgoing / courier mail
- Provide administrative support as needed to the accounting department (prepare expense report journal entries, processing audit expense reports, and forwarding daily check receipts)
- Other duties as assigned
