Member Service Representative (MSR)

Westaff is recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-regarded financial non-profit, for an experienced Service Representative! This position would be part of their Contact Center team in Williston!

Pay: $15.51 hourly (Holiday pay included)

Duration: 4 to 6 months (possibility of extension)

Work Shift: Monday to Friday, one Saturday per month

Hours: Between 8am – 6:30pm (possible overtime)

Job Requirements

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage high volume of calls
  • Respond accurately and timely to member initiated questions and problems
  • Uncover clients’ needs and goals and provide appropriate solutions
  • Solve problems and investigate issues and requests; may include gathering additional information and working with other members of the team
  • Report trending issues to management


  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities timely with accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Superior customer service skills and communication skills
  • Strong proficiency with computers
  • Polished written, and verbal communication skills
  • Solid work history combined with two positive references
