The Management Trainee gains knowledge and experience in several areas including finance, sales, plant operations, personnel, IT and retail.

Duties Include:

  • Learns various production and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each area of the business. 
  • Meet performance goals and objectives set by upper management. 
  • Observes experienced workers and managers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards. 
  • Provide support as needed in the various departments, including reporting, data entry, presentation, creation, strategic planning, customer service as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree OR 3 to 5 years equivalent experience in sales/finance/operations
  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and set budgets
  • Ability to lead and manage a wide range of staff
  • Motivated towards career growth
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
