Schedule of the Material Handlers:
Monday – Friday
1st Shift: 7am- 3:30pm – $18
2nd Shift: 12:30pm – 9pm – $18
3rd shift: 10:30pm – 7am – $19.44
About this role: The Material Handler is responsible for accurately processing, handling, and fulfilling Internal inventory demo requests. Working within a controlled warehouse environment, this role ensures compliance with regulatory standards, proper documentation, and safe handling practices while supporting efficient warehouse operations.
Responsibilities of the Material Handlers:
- Accurately process and fulfill internal demo inventory requests.
- Safely handle, transact, and move materials within a controlled warehouse environment.
- Perform inventory adjustments and transactions in the warehouse management system.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
- Support efficient warehouse operations by ensuring timely and precise material flow.
- Uphold Quality Policy in all daily activities.
- Collaborate with warehouse leadership and team members to resolve discrepancies and meet operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling practices at all times.
- Lifting, standing, bending, reaching, required.
- Use of computer devices, printers, product handling device-pallet jacks, other equipment as required.
- Communicate via email to requestor to provide updates on order status. Update and monitor Inventory Request Tool Prepare and pack demo orders to be shipped.
- Performs other duties as required.
Required qualifications:
- 1 – 2 years with high school diploma/degree/equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education/work experience
