2nd shift Monday – Thursday 3:30pm – 2:00am
Compensation for the 2nd Shift MIG Welder of $20.00 to $25.00 will be based on the interview and weld test results.
Job Summary for the 2nd Shift MIG Welder:
The MIG Welder will be responsible for welding metal components using Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) techniques while ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards are met.
Key Responsibilities of the 2nd Shift MIG Welder
• Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum
• Set up welding equipment and adjust settings
• Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and quality
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet production deadlines
Qualifications for the 2nd Shift MIG Welder
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Proven experience as a MIG Welder
• Knowledge of welding tools, techniques, and safety practices
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods of time
