Westaff is seeking a temporary Data Entry Clerk for a state department in Helena, MT!

Term: Temporary 3 + months

Schedule: 4 hours per day, between 8-5, Monday-Friday

Pay: $21.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• Data entry, monitoring, and validation of initial and ongoing eligibility determination processes for each contractor including comparison of a source document with the data elements reported through the data collection system.
• Verification of data entered into the Data Management System by contractors for validity, reliability, and timeliness.

Qualifications:

• Ability to learn Montana’s early intervention practices.
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting procedures.
• Ability to work and learn multiple data management systems.
• General knowledge of data quality control and quality assurance
