Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent.

- Ensure garnishment deductions are applied correctly to payroll cards and in system of record
- Record uniform and transportation invoices for employee deductions
- Reconcile benefit deductions; coordinate with Human Resources for updates.
- Reconcile deductions and liabilities for terminated employees.
- Transfer deductions and garnishment data to new year payroll cards annually.
- Adjust worker’s comp codes based on job location via alert system.
- Complete Filipino payroll imports and monthly calculations; cross check with Payroll Manager
- Track exempt filing status for employees in system of record, with the controller, and verify with Human Resources.
- Answer employee questions about payroll, benefits, and vacation
- Provide payroll information to Human Resources upon request for employee payroll investigations.

Responsible for Machine set up and operating
Conduct basic troubleshooting
Production assembling of medical device products
Read and understand specific written instructions (specifications)
Quality control and inspection pre pro production
Report on damages, and or defective materials and or product.
Other related functions as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Have one year or more of manufacturing machine operating work experience.
Prior knowledge of GMP, and other compliance
Good command of the English language
