Position Overview:

We’re looking for reliable individuals to join our team as Packagers on 1st shift. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately packaging and preparing products according to company standards and directions provided by the Lead Packager or Packaging Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately count products before placing them into the correct displays.
  • Label and mark containers, tags, or products using appropriate tools.

Location: Gardner, MA

The Mold Technician is responsible for ensuring day-to-day functionality of the production machinery. They will monitor and operate machines to analyze results to ensure they meet company standards. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting problems and performing repairs on all production equipment and other supporting equipment, such as grinders, etc.

Job Duties:

Knowledge in various types of Plastics Machinery and Related Support Equipment.
· Make necessary adjustments to machines and auxiliary equipment.

Must be able to use the correct measures to return machines and equipment to their manufacturing operational condition within a reasonable amount of time. This includes being able to troubleshoot and repair from OEM schematics.
Knowledge on Specialized Equipment (i.e.) Robotics, Molding Machines and Programming.
Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve injection end problems.
Responsible for system monitoring, debugging and troubleshooting operational problems, making repairs and performing preventive maintenance activities.

Pay: $18-25/hr depending on experience 
Hours: Mon-Friday, 7am-3pm. 

Responsibilities:

– Scheduling deliveries as needed
– Coordinate all LTL and TL shipments for both inbound and outbound shipments
– Oversee the shipping and receiving operations in a warehouse
– Ensure accurate and timely receipt of all incoming shipments
– Supervise a small team
– Implement and maintain efficient processes for receiving, inspecting, and storing goods
– Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the flow of materials
– Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies
– Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Experience:

– Previous experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse or distribution center
