Grounds Maintenance
Days: Mon – Fri 7:30am – 4:00pm
Pay: $12 – $13
Job Description/Experience:
- Operate zero-turn mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers to maintain lawns and landscaping
- Trim shrubs, trees, and overgrowth using saws and cutting equipment
- Maintain gravel, paved areas, fencing, and exterior lighting
- Perform basic repairs to buildings, doors, fences, gates, and storage units
- Use hand and power tools (saws, grinders, drills, etc.) for maintenance and fabrication tasks
- Identify maintenance issues and report major repair needs to management
- Assist with unit turnarounds including cleaning, minor repairs, and painting
