Montana Hospital Association is looking for a Member Engagement Coordinator in Helena, Montana!

Term: Permanent
Schedule: Full-time
Pay: $22/hour
Primary Responsibilities:

Serve as a go-to point of contact managing day-to-day administrative tasks, events, and member engagement efforts across the association.

Act as a liaison for interdepartmental projects.

Assist in managing data systems and ensure information is accurate and useful for decision-making and outreach.
Requirements:

Associate or bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or similar, preferred; and a minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or member services, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience in a membership association and/or healthcare environment preferred.

Valid Montana Driver’s License
