Manufacturing Technician, Lebanon, NH

$25.00/hour

M-Th 6:25am – 3:55pm / e/o Fri 6:25am-2:55pm

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support on the production line.
• Train employees on manufacturing procedures and work instructions.
• Troubleshoot process, equipment, and documentation issues.
• Monitor and help resolve Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Identify tooling or equipment that is out of calibration or not suitable for use.
• Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Support new product and process launches.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to train and guide others.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and ERP systems.
