Westaff is Hiring for Multiple Shifts at a Distribution Center in Windsor, CT!

Schedule: 4 days a week, 10 hour shifts. Multiple Schedules Available.

Pay Rate: $17 – $18 an hour

Position Requirements:

• Receive & Scan Inventory — unload, scan, and verify incoming merchandise
• Pick & Pack Orders — accurately select and prepare items for shipment
• Audit & Ship Products — ensure orders are correct and ready for delivery
• Use RF Scanners to track all inbound and outbound inventory
• Enter Data into the inventory management system
• Maintain Warehouse Safety — keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris
• Meet Quality Standards set by distribution center leadership
• May work at elevated areas above ground level as needed

Qualifications:

• Flexible availability — able to work overtime when required
• Physical ability to stand 8–10 hours and perform pushing, pulling, bending, grasping, and lifting
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
• 2+ years warehouse or distribution experience
• 6+ months operating material-handling equipment (motorized)
• 6+ months RF scanning experience
• 6+ months inventory system data entry
