Westaff is seeking Machine Operators for our client in Lincoln NH
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment including presses, lathes, braid winding, and crimping machines
- Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Inspect and record production and scrap counts
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Adjust machine settings to meet production requirements
- Maintain inventory at workstations and accurate production records
- Follow safety procedures and report hazards or concerns
- Ensure machine guards and safety equipment are functioning properly
Requirements
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to read basic blueprints and technical documents
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic math and recordkeeping skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
