Are you organized, professional, and enjoy helping others? We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: DOE
Responsibilities
- Greet applicants, visitors, and clients
- Answer and route incoming calls
- Assist with applicant intake and onboarding
- Schedule interviews and maintain calendars
- Review applications and resumes
- Post job openings and conduct candidate outreach
- Communicate with clients regarding staffing needs
- Maintain accurate records and candidate information
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite daily
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Previous administrative, office, or customer service experience preferred
