What You'll Do:
• Assemble, repair, and test complex products and subassemblies
• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and rework to meet quality standards
• Assist engineers with equipment setup, calibration, process improvements, experiments, and fixture design
• Use production systems and operating data to support manufacturing efficiency
• Follow documented procedures and quality requirements in a Lean/ISO environment
• Cross-train across product lines and expand your technical expertise
• Plan daily work, solve problems, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and manual dexterity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience:
• Electro-mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience
• Lean Manufacturing, ISO, SAP/ERP, and Microsoft Office knowledge
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements:
• Lift up to 40 lbs. and perform standing, sitting, bending, and reaching tasks
• Good vision, hand-eye coordination, and dexterity for detailed assembly work
