Westaff is looking for 1st Shift Sales Support in the Pembroke Park, FL area for IMMEDIATE HIRE!
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday
- Supports Account Managers in meeting the customer's needs
- Enters customer orders and quotes into the computer system
- Keeps up with order’s status, and keeps track of all open customer orders
- Processes Return Authorizations and Blue Flags
- Handles customer’s claims with our QA department
- Obtain Proof of Deliveries for customers
- Preparing all documents for export merchandise (commercial invoices and packing lists, certificate of origin, SEDs, SLIs, etc.)
- Coordinates with freight forwarders
- Works extensively in Microsoft office 365 EXCEL
- General clerical work such as correspondence & filing, invoices, literature distribution
- Experience in customer service, Freight forwarding and/or Export Import business related
- Outlook, Excel and Word a must, any other office application is a Plus
- Excel intermediate, including work with formulas (client will perform a test on site, but Westaff should test excel skills prior interview and provide client with the scores)
- Team Player, very polished with great communication skills, friendly
- Very professional approach to customers and Logistical partners
- Bilingual in both English and Spanish written and conversational
