Key Responsibilities – Operate and maintain fabrication equipment, including CNC machines, presses, and hand tools. – Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to fabricate components to exact specifications. – Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials such as metal, plastic, and composites. – Perform quality inspections to ensure all fabricated components meet company standards. – Document work processes and maintain accurate production records. Qualifications – High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fabrication, machining, or related fields preferred. – Previous experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or a similar role. – Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics. – Hands-on experience with fabrication tools, machinery, and measuring instruments. – Strong mechanical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail. – Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed.
