Prologistix is seeking to a skilled Manufacturer Administrative 

Shift: 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Fridays

Pay $18.00 per hour

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Provide direct support to the Maintenance Department Supervisor- including but not limited to: tracking and scheduling meetings, keeping records of calendar events and tracking tasks.
• Assisting in scheduling preventive maintenance to equipment and machines 
• Keeping records of maintenance, work orders, safety logs, and other documentation 
• Support inventory tracking, purchase orders, and vendor communication
• Assist with on-boarding ans training of new hires for the department,
• Coordinate department meetings, safety training, and other logistics as needed
• Other related functions as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of work experience for a manufacturing, production facility and or organization
• Knowledgeable in manufacturing parts, equipment and machinery parts
• MS Office, Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency
• High School Diploma completion
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)

• Follow all company safety and production procedures

• Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
