Medical Receptionist

Must have RECENT Medical Insurance Background!

Pay: $13/hour DOE

Hours: Monday – Friday – Day Shift

Medical Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, transfer appropriately and schedule appointments.
• All incoming calls should be answered in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
• Complete and accurate information should be obtained from the patient for billing and demographics purposes.
• Communicating with insurance companies and/or prior authorization requests
• Ensure patients paperwork
• Verifying insurance eligibility
