Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Pay:
$15 – $18 per hour (based on experience)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drafting and preparing legal documents like pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
- Managing case files, deadlines, and calendars so nothing slips through the cracks
- Filing documents with courts (e-filing and traditional filing)
- Assisting attorneys with hearings, depositions, and trial prep
- Communicating with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel professionally and confidently
- Keeping everything organized, accurate, and confidential
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of paralegal experience
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without breaking a sweat
- Professional communication skills and a team-first mindset
Paralegal certification is a plus—but experience matters most.
