Responsibilities

• Read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Measure, mark, and prepare materials for installation.
• Assist with installing sheet metal ductwork, flex duct, duct board, and duct pipe.
• Support fabrication and assembly of HVAC components.
• Safely operate hand tools and equipment.
• Ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and job site requirements.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and use a tape measure.
• Comfortable working in hot environments and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces.
• Willingness to travel locally as needed (travel time is paid).
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded.
• HVAC, construction, mechanical, or related experience is preferred but not required.
