Description
Westaff is Hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift Assemblers in Farmington, CT!
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00, depending on experience
Assembler Responsibilities:
- Assemble components and parts according to work instructions and diagrams
- Use hand and power tools to build, fasten, and secure materials
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy throughout the assembly process
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining high workmanship standards
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Assembler Requirements:
- Experience using hand and power tools (drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.)
- Ability to follow written instructions, diagrams, and measurements
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed
- Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
