Returns Inspector – Quincy Distribution Center

Pay: $19.10 per hour • Schedule: Monday–Friday • Weekly Pay

Hours

• Training: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (2–4 weeks)

• Post-training: Start as early as 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Process returned medical devices daily

• Determine product disposition per inspection plans/procedures

• Serve as subject matter expert for returns/complaints

• Train new employees on returns/complaints processes

• Troubleshoot and escalate issues during processing

• Communicate with internal/external multi-functional groups

• Investigate and disposition non-standard returns

• Resolve bio hazard return issues with representatives

• Complete nonconforming reports, scrap forms, or plant returns

• Perform SAP, WM, and GCMS-TW transactions

• Conduct sterility, incoming, in-process, returns, and complaints inspections

• Complete inspection data forms and non-conforming reports

• Interface with site reps on non-conforming issues
