We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sheet Metal Worker / Millwright to join our team for an upcoming project. This is a full-time, project-based position expected to last approximately 12 weeks, with the potential for extended hours as the project progresses.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 10-hour shifts (initially)

• Saturday: Half-day

• Transition to 12-hour shifts as required

Compensation

• $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

• Fabricate, cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal components

• Install, align, calibrate, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs

• Safely operate shears, brakes, rollers, welding equipment, and measuring instruments

• Ensure all work meets applicable quality, safety, and code standards

• Collaborate with engineers, operators, and other trades

• Maintain accurate material, maintenance, and project documentation

Qualifications

SUMMARY:

• Performing product packing and basic inspection of high-stitched goods for consumer and industrial applications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Basic inspection of product performing visual inspection . Performing basic simple adjustments using hand held tweezers or snippers. Good eye hand coordination and detail oriented. Fold and pack products. Lift up to 40 lbs . Ability to bend and stretch . This is a standing work environment. Work with small team.
