Production Test Technician

Barre VT

The Test Technician is the primary tester of wind turbines, power converters and other systems. These systems may include electrical controller systems, power converter systems, plumbing & cooling systems, tower assembly systems, overall nacelle integration and testing & instrumentation functions. The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate high quality workmanship and a solid technical understanding of specific turbine systems.



  • Understand manufacturing specifications and requirements.
  • Understand and follow verbal and written work instructions.
  • Understand and implement policies, standards and procedures.
  • Skillful and professional execution of system testing while maintaining a high level of workmanship and quality.
  • Communicate manufacturing and testing issues affecting design, schedule, quality and safety to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and efficient work space.
  • Communicate manufacturing and testing issues affecting schedule, quality, and safety to manufacturing project supervisor and quality representative
  • Ensure use of proper tools and techniques throughout test process.
  • Attend appropriate manufacturing coordination and project specific meetings
  • Support Manufacturing Engineering in development of documentation requirements for prototype builds.

This is a full-time position with a lumber warehouse in Royalton. Hours are 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include unloading product deliveries and organizing inventory. Position is very physical and requires manual labor. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Maintenance Technician

Barre VT

This Maintenance Technician position is full-time with a housing community in Barre. This position is Monday through Friday and will require a rotating on-call schedule.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Daily cleaning of the office/community building and laundry room, including trash removal
  • Buildings and grounds maintenance (assisting with snow removal and lawn care)
  • Assisting with maintenance work orders, unit turnovers, and preventative maintenance
  • Rotating on-call for emergencies



  • Basic plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and appliance repair skills
  • Experience repairing and replacing locks
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently

The commercial Carpenter's Assistant is responsible for building, installing, and repairing structures, interior finishes, fixtures, furniture, and other items using different types of materials including steel and wood. Temporary with duration depending on production needs.



  • Prepare the layout of the work involved.
  • Estimate height, width, length, and other proportions.
  • Select materials.
  • Read and work with blueprints or instructions from supervisors.
  • Work with materials such as steel, wood, fiberglass, or drywall.
  • Utilize various hand tools to repair and erect structures.
  • Join materials with nails, screws, staples, or adhesives.


Must have experience with carpentry work, as well as a basic set of hand tools.
