Responsibilities include assisting the team with the following tasks:

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries same-day
  • Follow-up with applicants and prospects with phone calls and emails
  • Manage leasing workflow
  • Maintain existing filing systems 
  • Process mail
  • Process tenant applications and answer questions about the properties.
  • Input and maintain tenant and applicant profiles in property management software.

  • Collect and deposit rental payments and fees the same day they come in
  • Process payables for bookkeeper 
  • Input and manage data entry for energy reports
  • Audit regional rental rates and supply report to owners

Candidate skills must include the following:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
  • COVID-19 vaccination required; must provide documentation
  • Proficient with all aspects of Office 365 (OneDrive, Excel, Word)
  • Proficient with Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with Appfolio Property Management Software; in lieu of experience with this software, candidate would demonstrate willingness to complete relevant training courses.

Position Summary:

This position works closely with the Sales Manager. This position oversees sales logistics, which is the process of planning, implementing, and controlling operations and procedures. Must be customer service oriented, have strong computer & phone skills, and be able to make and follow structured plans.

Duties and Responsibilities May Include But Not Limited To:

  • Taking sales calls from customers, distributors, sales reps, and all major car production Field Reps (IE: Ford, BMW, Toyota, etc.)
  • This person will respond to and process all inbound domestic equipment orders, also will follow up with the Territory Sales Manager on discrepancies directly.
  • Must handle all logistics from start to finish, example being, set up all reps contracts, ensures all managers trade show booths are rented, the branding needed to represent them is there, the booth has electricity, and all other needs.
  • Position includes being the team planner, the position selects venues, oversee the budget, set up team and company events, plan far ahead, arrange, order tee shirts, etc.
  • Examples of things to plan for: Team building exercises, the annual sales meeting, the annual rep council meeting, cookouts, etc.

MICROSOFT CRM DATABASE MANAGEMENT

  • Oversees lathe sale information entry, as well as demo and trial lathe programs.  Creates or updates existing accounts with detail information that then filters to other Microsoft programs.
  • Enters new opportunities, follows up with the territory rep & manager to see the lead to close.
  • Responsible for changing accounts when equipment is moved.  Manipulates Equipment Cards with most current Customer Information, DRO readings, etc.
  • Enters all domestic lathe shipping/tracking information and routes to customers & reps.
  • Point of contact for all reps for sales tracking, shipping issues and follows up with Shipping Manager as needed. 

Requirements For This Position:

  • Knowledge on programs Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM. We require you to update the customers files in real time.
  • Ability to read, write and have good oral and written communication skills.
