Customer Service Representative  

Seeking Customer Service Rep for a local Utility company that will be responsible for performing day-to-day operational activities. 

Pay = $16HR / Long term temp assignment /Located in Mandeville 

  • Participate in customer activities (payment collection, cash drawer balancing, customer maintenance, service order creation, set up credit extensions, answering telephone "Remote Agent Phone" as scheduled, managing accounts receivable, final bills, charge-offs, etc.
  • Effectively utilizes all available technology and collaborates with other areas of the company to satisfy customer inquiries and complaints. When necessary coordinates with Team Leader/Office Supervisor to achieve satisfactory customer problem resolution.
  • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of company and customer service office guidelines, policies, and customer service marketing programs while actively practicing safe work habits 
  • Model and promote ethical business conduct and compliance with both the letter and spirit of all laws, rules and regulations to which the client is subject.



Job Requirements

  • 3+ years High Performance/Customer Service professional
  • Banking experience a plus
  • Computer Skills (Word, Excel)
  • Must be able to work late hours as needed, due to the nature of this position
  • Must be organized, able to multitask 
  • Must be able to commit to long term assignment
