Office Administrator
Location: West Monroe, LA
Pay: $14/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirements

Previous office or administrative experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Strong computer skills and accurate typing abilities

Ability to multitask and stay organized

Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills

Comfortable working independently
Key Responsibilities

Professionally answer and direct multi-line phone calls

Respond to inquiries, process service requests, and assist with customer concerns

Sort, organize, and distribute incoming mail

Greet clients and visitors with a positive, professional demeanor

Prepare, file, and maintain documents and records
