Description

 Seeking a Full time experienced Bookkeeper for a large reputable company located in Mandeville, LA. The ideal candidate is a highly-motivated, personable individual with prior bookkeeping experience and should also be excellent at data entry, Excel and QuickBooks. 

                                           Salary Range $38K-$45K Depending on Experience

                                                            Monday - Friday 8am-5pm 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
  • Compute and record numerical data
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong A/R and A/P experience
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
