• Pick, pack, and ship internal orders via UPS, FedEx, and LTL (Worldwide Express)
• Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed and accurate

 Inventory & Organization

• Stock parts and materials in designated areas—including workstations
• Keep inventory organized using First-In, First-Out (FIFO)
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and location info

Returns Handling

• Process customer Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) in a timely manner
• Create work orders and communicate with Product Support
• Handle Return to Vendor (RTV) requests per Purchasing/Planning direction

Hours: Monday-Saturday 9am-5:30pm ** Sunday & Tuesdays OFF

Pay: $20/hr

The responsibilities of the Customer Service Dispatcher are:

• Receiving inbound calls, making outbound calls, and monitoring teams on the road.
• Scheduling drivers to make freight delivery or collect shipments and packages
• Communicating with customers and vendors about freight details, pickup and drop-off times, and special requests
• Planning predetermined routes for drivers
• Identifying traffic problems and issues and creating appropriate corrective action plans to achieve desirable results on time.
• Preparing general dispatch documents for management, as well as pulling any documents that employees, customers, or vendors will need
• Maintain a record of all dispatch calls, driver routes, route changes, as well as delivery and pick-up times
• Monitoring truck repairs and maintenance schedules
• Logging vendor complaints or concerns

The requirements of the Customer Service Dispatcher are:

• Prior experience in dispatching/call center role
• Ability to handle heavy phone traffic
• Understanding of local and state traffic laws/regulations
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, work in a fast paced environment
