We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to support our aerospace manufacturing operations. The QA Inspector will be responsible for inspecting precision aerospace components and assemblies to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, customer requirements, and industry standards such as ISO/AS9100. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process, final, and receiving inspections of aerospace parts and assemblies
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T requirements
• Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM, etc.)
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records
• Identify nonconforming material and initiate corrective action reports

Forklift Operator Schedule:

12 Hour shifts:  Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with Alternating Thursdays.

Shipping Clerk Responsibilities: Provides light supervisory support as needed, the ideal candidate will have some level of leadership experience, even if gained outside of a formal work setting Execute all aspects of the order pick and ship process for freight and small parcel shipping as assigned. Efficiently pick customer orders per pick list. Efficiently inspect all products pulled by other order pickers. Wrap pallets for shipping and load trucks. Production Scheduling

• Schedule customer orders in the most economical manner, ensuring all required materials are available for timely production
• Production entry and work order management
• Partner with Plant Accounting to resolve material usage variance discrepancies
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Customer Service regarding machine issues, downtime, preventative maintenance, and impact to OEE and customer commitments

Inventory Management

• Cycle counts, negative inventory resolution, and customer-owned inventory tracking

Continuous Improvement
