Location: Marlboro, MA
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm
Pay Rate: $27–$35/hour DOE

This role supports engineering and R&D teams through hands-on testing, prototype assembly, method development, and equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities
– Perform set-up, testing, repair, inspection, and maintenance of area-specific equipment, materials, systems, and projects.
– Support Test Method Development, Test Method Validations, Tool Qualifications, and Design Verification Testing.
– Assemble prototypes/products according to design plans.
– Troubleshoot issues and propose creative solutions for process and design challenges.
– Execute engineering test procedures and accurately document results.
– Coordinate with internal teams and approved vendors to obtain supplies and services.
– Communicate assignment status and findings to project engineers.
– Perform basic statistical analysis of test data.

Knowledge & Skills
– Solid understanding of general technical concepts, testing practices, and product/system fundamentals.
– Ability to apply broad technical knowledge to support R&D activities.
– Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– Comfortable working with precision instruments and following detailed procedures.
