Westaff is seeking a Customer Service Representative with SALES and INBOUND CALL CENTER experience for a Manufacturing Company in Meriden, CT!
Pay rate: $16/hr
Hours: 8:30AM-5:00PM, Monday- Friday
Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for:
Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism in a fast-paced incoming call center.
- Troubleshoot problems by understanding, researching, and resolving customer technical issues.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints by collecting and analyzing documentation and prior history files.
- Develop rapport and relationship with customers quickly through provision of excellent service.
- Accurately enter orders for all existing customers.
- Sales, as it relates to offering, quoting and closing.
- Monitor scheduled shipment dates to ensure timely delivery and expedite as needed.
- Maintain an accurate history and notating on customer accounts.
Minimum requirements of our Customer Service Representative:
- Two to three years of Customer Service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional phone etiquette/presence.
- Proficient in typing and data entry.
- Sales experience
- Bilingual (English/ Spanish) a plus!
