Westaff is recruiting for a Legal Assistant for a company located in Lafayette, LA

Pay: $38k to 46k a year
Schedule: Monday- Friday
                        8am-5pm

Responsibilities: 
•    Dictation Transcription
•    Managing calendars/scheduling
•    Preparing legal documents (pleading, motions, contracts)
•    E-filing with various courts
•    Data Entry (PC Law) and monthly billing
•    Communication with clients, counsel and courts
•    Maintain Case Files
