Westaff is looking for a Client Service Specialist for a Financial Wealth Advisory Practice

Pay: Commensurate with Experience 

Hours:  Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Qualifications:

 * Associates or higher degree from an accredited college or university or 3 years experience

 * Strong client service/interpersonal skills for handling sensitive/confidential

    situations

 * Proficiency in Excel, Work and Outlook 

 * High degree of professionalism, strong work ethic, ability to adhere to rules 

    and regulations, and be able to take initiative     

 

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

*  Open lobby, answer phones, greet clients, log and route incoming mail

*  Coordinate advisor's schedule, make and confirm appointments

*  Perform new client set-up, and update client information

*  Create new account applications and handle client service requests

*  Resolve client concerns

*  Liaise with Corporate Office

*  Strictly adhere to all compliance regulations

*  Provide general administrative support
