Assembly – Entry Level

$21.50/hr 

1st Shift 

Monday through Thursday: 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:
• Using pre-assembled frames; assemble bottom sheets, insulation boards,
interior liners, sides, tops, and backs of product.
• Fasten parts using appropriate pneumatic and manual tools, jigs, and
fixtures
• Apply final finishes (doors, racks, and trim accessories) to all stainless steel
• Install assembled components in product
• Provide assistances in other areas insulating, welding, final assembly,
blending, crating, etc.
• Must be able to read  orders and understand which parts are required

Qualifications:
• Able to follow direct instructions
• Completes tasks in a timely manner
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, sit, and stand repeatedly
• Knowledge of shop measurement
• Able to work with hand/power tools and read various measuring instruments
including voltmeters and calipers
• Commitment to maintenance of a clean organized and safe work
environment.

Westaff is recruiting for a temp to hire Software/ Help Desk Support Rep for a well-established client in the downtown area. 

This is a full time, in office position. 

Shift: Monday – Friday, 8am-5om with the possibility of overtime (late evenings/ weekends) every Spring. 

Pay: $15+ depending on experience 

Overall job duties and expectations:

Provides excellent customer service to callers.

LEVEL 1 SOFTWARE SUPPORT in a professional office environment.

• Support consists of both on the phone and in person, with a strong focus on customer needs.
• Must have extensive experience with multiple software packages in and be able to self-teach custom developed software.
• Candidate must have a minimum of 12 months of Helpdesk or support experience (specifically software support).
• Must possess excellent communication/telephone skills with the ability to learn quickly, multi-task, handle stress easily and “go with the flow” with other members of our team.
• Successful candidates must be able to work with end-users as well as other team members.
• Answers and routes telephone calls 
• High School diploma
• Fluency in English
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Minimum one year’s experience in clerical or help desk support.
• Proficiency with computers, telephones, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• 1 year of warehouse experience • Ability to speak, read (fine print) and write in English

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel This job requires the ability to:

• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
