Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate forklifts, skid steers, and front-end loaders

• Load, unload, move, and store materials throughout the facility

• Assist with unloading barges (experience strongly preferred)

• Perform routine mechanical work, including inspections, troubleshooting, and basic repairs

• Follow all site safety rules and regulations

• Conduct daily equipment inspections and document findings

• Work at elevated heights as needed (must not be afraid of heights)

• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow

• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns immediately

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating forklifts, skid steers, and front-end loaders

• Mechanical experience (diesel, hydraulic, or heavy equipment maintenance preferred)

• Must be comfortable working at heights

• Experience unloading barges is a plus

• Ability to work outdoors and in various weather conditions

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Responsibilities: 

• Reads and interprets Mix Ticket to determine ingredients needed
• Weighs all ingredients needed in order to mix accurately
