Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm
$16.44 an hour, temp to hire
Serve as the primary point of contact for the public by answering incoming calls, emails, and web inquiries related to parks, programs, events, maintenance, safety concerns, and general information.
• Answer inbound calls from the public regarding park conditions, maintenance concerns, safety issues, or other service-related inquiries.
• Provide accurate, timely, and friendly responses while demonstrating patience, empathy, and high customer service standards.
• Route calls, inquiries, and service requests to the appropriate divisions or departments in accordance with established procedures.
• Provide general information to patrons regarding park amenities, hours of operation, events, programs, and departmental policies.
• Identify urgent or emergency situations and notify supervisors or appropriate emergency services following established escalation protocols.
• Document, create, and update all service requests and reports accurately in the centralized tracking system.
• Ensure all tickets and service requests are logged with complete and accurate details to support timely resolution.
• Monitor open requests and follow up as needed to ensure timely communication and appropriate updates to patrons.
• Adhere to call center policies, procedures, service level expectations, and quality standards.

A local organization in Alexandria is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Event Coordinator to support daily operations and assist with planning and coordination of on-site events. (This is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the grounds.)
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule events, meetings, and special programs

The X-Ray & Metal Detector Technician helps ensure food safety by checking, calibrating, and monitoring X-ray and metal detection equipment.
Test products through X-ray machine and Metal detector to make sure there is no metal in the product. Checks are done every hour.
Responsibilities
- Set up and calibrate X-ray and metal detectors.
- Check equipment at scheduled times and record results.
- Review and handle any rejected products.
- Report equipment problems to Quality Assurance.
- Monitor HACCP and food safety steps assigned.
- Watch for and support Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Take part in pre-operation inspections.
Work Environment:
- Exposure to loud noise (around 85 decibels); hearing protection provided.
