Westaff is seeking qualified Aerospace Contract Administer for a Top Aerospace Company in Wichita!

Contract Admin. shifts are 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday - Friday with Saturdays as necessary.

Contract Admin. pay $15-$20 an hour

Contract Admin. Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the receipt, verification and release of purchase orders / contracts from the customer.
• Ensure that those customer orders are released into the company ERP system for production to process.
• Upon customer or management request, providing status of any/all customer orders that have been received by company.
• Perform open order reports to ensure accuracy of company ERP system and customer orders.
• Run weekly reports to ensure delivery performance and meet company weekly shipment

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be able to professionally receive and follow oral instructions
  • High attention to detail
  • Works well with others
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to speak effectively
  • Able to hear average conversations and respond accordingly
  • Required to sit for long periods of time
  • Works in a well-lit, climate-controlled environment
  • Occasional stress dealing with mental / emotional demands of internal/external customers.
  • Work environment is in close proximity of other employees and will be exposed to moderate noise generated from business office machines and multiple conversations
