Position Summary: Under the direction of the General Manager, process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions, assist with month-end close activities, greet visitors and handle inbound telephone calls to the general

Essential Job Functions:

A/R – Process sales invoices and credits. Proactive collection activities as needed. Work with Customer Accounts Payable contacts to clean up / correct balances and expedite payments.

A/P – Process purchase order invoices, vouchers and supplier payments. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure proper paperwork trail, payment authorizations and processing of packing slips.

Banking – Run daily activity report. Process remote deposits of customer payments. Prepare positive pay file. Initiate wire transfers. Clear checks in EVO as they clear the bank. Reconcile bank statements.

Admin – Greet visitors and assist with sign-ins and PPE distribution. Answer inbound phone calls. Process inbound and outbound mail. Maintain office supply inventory and restock as needed.
