1st Shift

Role:
Prepare and paint parts, equipment, and surfaces in the shop to meet quality and safety standards.

Main Duties:

• Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, masking) before painting.

• Mix and apply paint, primer, or coatings using spray guns, brushes, or rollers.

• Inspect finished work for proper coverage, finish, and quality.

• Maintain painting tools, spray booths, and equipment.

• Follow shop safety rules and wear required PPE.

• Handle and store paints, thinners, and chemicals safely.

• Assist with moving/positioning parts for painting.

Requirements:

• Experience with industrial/shop painting preferred.

• Knowledge of paint mixing, spraying, and finishing techniques.

• Ability to read/follow work instructions and safety guidelines.

• Physically able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Role:
Inspect, repair, and maintain forklifts and other material-handling equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Main Duties:

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on forklifts.

• Perform routine servicing (oil changes, filter replacements, tune-ups).

• Repair or replace faulty parts (engines, brakes, transmissions, hydraulics, etc.).

• Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with standards.

• Keep maintenance records and report completed work.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.

• Follow all safety procedures while handling equipment and parts.

Requirements:

• Technical/mechanical background with experience in forklift or heavy equipment repair.

• Knowledge of engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.

• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and work orders.

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Physically fit to lift, bend, and work in various positions.
