• Process customer Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) in a timely manner
• Create work orders and communicate with Product Support
• Handle Return to Vendor (RTV) requests per Purchasing/Planning direction

Pay: $16/ hour

Hours: Mon- Fri

            8am- 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Maintains equipment by cleaning, inspecting, basic repairs, and testing.
• Updates service logs to reflect service rendered & parts utilized.
• Participates in training on various types of equipment used in the field.
• Maintains a basic working knowledge of all equipment types and preventative maintenance procedures for each.
• Participates in quarterly Physical Inventory counts.
• Works in Smartsheets to provide servicing data
• Other PM duties as assigned.
