Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Associate to join our production team in St. Cloud, Minnesota. This role is responsible for the safe and accurate handling of products during the production process while maintaining quality, efficiency, and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment or assist machine operators during processing activities.
- Inspect products to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor equipment performance and notify supervisors or operators of issues or malfunctions.
- Load, unload, and move raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials.
- Count, sort, and package products for shipment and storage.
- Palletize products according to established stacking patterns.
- Construct boxes and prepare totes for processed products.
- Follow established procedures during product and lot code changes.
- Hand-wrap pallets using shrink wrap or netting as required.
- Conduct basic equipment and work area inspections.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety regulations, and company policies.

- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, food production, or assembly experience preferred.
- Experience operating production machinery or processing equipment is a plus.
