Check-In Receptionist

A busy medical practice in Alexandria is seeking an experienced Check-In Receptionist to support front-office operations and provide excellent patient service. Candidates must have prior medical reception experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

• Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay:

• $14.50/hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Patient Check-In and Check-Out

• Insurance Verification

• Some knowledge of VA Prior Authorizations

• Collecting co-pays and handling Patient Collections

• Answering phones and assisting patients with a pleasant, professional demeanor
