Warehouse Data Entry Clerk

Location: Southwest Indianapolis
Pay: $18.75/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

We’re hiring a reliable Warehouse Data Entry Clerk to support daily warehouse operations through accurate data entry and inventory control. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who’s comfortable working on a computer and enjoys detail-oriented work.

What You’ll Do

• Process orders and maintain inventory in a Warehouse Management System (WMS)

• Perform routine data entry tasks with accuracy

• Research and correct transaction or inventory errors

• Prepare and handle domestic and international shipping documents

• Support warehouse operations through system updates and documentation

What You Need

Required:

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience

• Ability to speak, read (including fine print), and write in English

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred:

• Experience working in a WMS

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights

• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods

• Comfortable working in hot or cold warehouse environments
