General Laborer to support production in our plant. No prior experience is required — we will train the right candidate. This position involves assisting with basic production tasks, handling materials, and maintaining a safe and clean work area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Load and unload steel parts and materials • Move materials around the plant using carts or hand tools • Assist machine operators as needed • Remove scrap material and keep work areas clean • Perform basic grinding or finishing work (training provided) • Follow all safety rules and wear required protective equipment • Report equipment or safety concerns to supervisors • Complete other general labor tasks as assigned Work Environment • Industrial manufacturing setting • Exposure to heat, noise, dust, and heavy equipment • Required to wear safety gear (hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, hearing protection) • May include overtime and shift work Physical Requirements • Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, and climbing. • Ability to lift 50 pounds. • Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment (PPE). • Working in temperature zones that may include hot environments for extended periods and environments where dust is present. Key Responsibilities:
Purchasing & Inventory

Key Responsibilities:

What You Will Do:
- Monitor existing home repair applications in a complex federal program.
- Report to the Homeowner Assistance Fund Program Supervisor.
- Communicate both electronically and verbally with applicants, to determine home repair needs.
