• Support production tasks, data entry, and standard work
• Participate in problem-solving and improvement initiatives

• Ability to learn mechanical processes quickly
• Manufacturing or mechanical experience is a plus, not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer and math skills
• Self-motivated, proactive approach

Physical Requirements

• Lift 35 lbs regularly, 50 lbs occasionally
• Stand, bend, stretch, and move throughout the shift
• Frequent kneeling, squatting, climbing, twisting, overhead reaching
• Work in varying temperatures and humidity levels
