Job Description
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team in Alexandria. The Warehouse Associate / Operator will assist with tasks such as loading/unloading shipments, operating forklifts and other equipment, organizing inventory, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Responsibilities
• Load and unload trucks and shipments
• Move, stack, and organize products and materials
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred)
• Assist with order picking and inventory counts
• Perform general cleaning and warehouse upkeep
• Follow all company safety rules and procedures

Qualifications
• Forklift experience preferred
• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices

Location: Alexandria, LA
Pay: $20/hr DOE (Depending on Experience)
Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy equipment including loaders, excavators, dozers, and trucks

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation

• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems

• Keep accurate service and maintenance records

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Work closely with supervisors and operators to minimize equipment downtime

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a diesel or heavy equipment mechanic

• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems

• Ability to read and interpret service manuals and schematics

• Own basic set of tools (company provides specialty tools as needed)

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus but not required)
