We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician with a positive attitude who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping equipment and facilities running safely and efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on equipment and facilities
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment
- Monitor equipment performance, including pressures, flow rates, boilers, water, and air quality
- Complete and maintain PM, sanitation, and maintenance logs
- Perform general facility maintenance, including sanitary and structural welding
- Work closely with management to report potential issues
- Operate a forklift (certification required/provided)
- Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors
- Support food safety and quality standards and participate in building a strong food safety culture
- Assist as a backup for other maintenance team members as needed
- Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:

- 2–3 years of maintenance experience preferred, ideally in a food processing environment (or equivalent skills)
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to learn
- Ability to read and follow safety rules, procedures, and maintenance instructions
