JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Check and make sure to have all Purchase Orders receiving report for the day, in coordination with Inventory manager.

2. Confirm Purchase Orders ETA with Inventory/Purchasing Manager to confirm appointments made.

3. Receive ALL items and match with Purchase Orders receiving reports, utilizing the scanners.

4. Communicate with Inventory Mgr. to Assign items a location as needed.

5. Replenish small items bins as needed and inform inventory control manager for appropriate adjustment.

6. Assign reserve storage bin locations, as needed and Rotate product, transferring items to correct Bin locations.

7. Report Broken Cases to management

8. Clean and maintain receiving area clear.

9. Receive separating and segregating all Inbound Shipments in the stage area.

10. Coordinate and assign bin locations to the inbound orders with Inventory Manager for proper system update.

11. Report ALL items discrepancies (incorrect item received, damages and shortages) to Inventory Manager.

12. Check item numbers and Measurement Discrepancies for items received to ensure system accuracy.

13. Other warehouse related functions as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Have one or more years of warehouse and or distribution work experience.

2. Prior work knowledge in warehouse receiving of products and goods.

3. Bilingual (English and Spanish) pref

4. Able to carry and lift 50 lbs and stand all day on shift

1. Receive and process Sales and online. Sales emails for incoming orders

2. Check pricing and totals when processing orders

3. Prepare quotes or sales orders as required, making sure required dates are used

11. Coordinate and support Vince with all his customer issues

12. Email invoices to customers when required

13. Remain flexible to work with others and contribute with other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Have one year or more of warehouse data entry skills

2. Prior knowledge of purchasing, sales and data entry skills.

– Job may require standing, walking, bending, lifting for extended periods of time
– Perform most cleaning operations/processes within the department

TYPICAL DUTIES
– Process stainless steel tubing of various lengths through different cleaning baths/solutions
– Use of water hoses and air lines for cleaning/drying of parts
– Move material or carts of tubing between departments

Required Qualifications:

Primary Purpose

• Performs typical machine shop and press operations
• Operates a press production, braid winding, lathe or crimping machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
• Read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, manufacturing drawings, bills of material or other written instructions or procedures.
• Accurately record number of parts produced both good and scrap
